Schiphol Airport - user experience de luxe.

This Airport is in a league of its own when it comes to customer care/user centered design. Above are, hopefully in order:
1. one unit of the "Baby Center" where you can put your baby in the crib, while hanging out on the couches surrounding it. This room also had a baby bath, changing stations and a microwave.
2. the massage area.
3. a walk way lined with comfortable chairs.
4. another relaxing area with places to sit or lay down for a nap.
5. the Library (!) that has stationary iPads by the seats for browsing.

There is also a "Children's Forrest", ie a playground with slide structures. Go Dutch people!

Braille label

Braille on the label. Great and obvious seeming, but I haven't seen it before.
